Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026:
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you (the "user", "you") and PlusMedia360 SAS (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), the entity that operates the WikiPlus website at wikiplus.co (the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. Continued use of the Service after these Terms have been published or modified constitutes acceptance of the version in force at the time of use.
2. About this Service
WikiPlus is a price comparison site. It publishes what travel eSIM, VPN and web hosting brands charge, read from each brand’s own public pages and re-checked every day, so a reader can compare them side by side before buying.
The Service is funded by display advertising delivered through Google AdSense and by affiliate commissions. There is no subscription, no paid tier and no account is required to read anything.
3. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following words have the meanings indicated below:
- Service means the WikiPlus website, all subdomains, all comparison pages, the legal pages and the content published on them.
- User, you, your means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Operator, we, us, our means PlusMedia360 SAS, the entity that publishes and maintains the Service.
- Content means any text or material you send us, for example through the contact form or by email.
- Comparison data means the figures published on the Service — prices, allowances, validity, renewal terms — read from each brand’s own pages.
- Brand means any company whose published prices the Service compares.
4. Eligibility and age
The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable digital age of consent). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
5. License to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or any part of it for commercial purposes, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
6. Description of the Service
The Service provides comparison pages organised by category — travel eSIM, VPN and web hosting — and, within each, by destination or by brand. Every figure shown is read automatically from the brand’s own published page on the date stated beside it.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Send us Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
- Use the Service to create, distribute, or store malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the servers on which it is hosted, or any related infrastructure — including via SQL injection, request smuggling, cross-site scripting, or any other intrusion technique.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage or that ignores the directives in our robots.txt file.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation of the Service, the servers on which it runs, or the networks that connect to it — including by sending unsolicited high-frequency requests or by exploiting any vulnerability.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, sublicense, lease, or exploit any portion of the Service or any of its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
- Remove, hide, or modify any copyright notice, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary marking on the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other user's ability to access and use it.
Any breach of this Section 7 may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without prior notice, and may be reported to the competent authorities where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its source code, design, layout, branding, logos, trademarks, written content, blog articles, illustrations, icons, audio, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above — is owned by PlusMedia360 SAS or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
Regarding the Content you send us and the Comparison data we publish:
- You keep all rights in the Content you send us. We use it only to answer you.
- Comparison data is read from each brand’s own published pages. Prices, product names and trademarks belong to those brands; we claim no ownership of them.
- Written guides, blog posts, FAQs, and other editorial text published on the Service are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt, and redistribute them with attribution to WikiPlus and a link back to the source page.
9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe that any material published on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA and may remove or disable access to the disputed material.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all Comparison data are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage.
- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free from defects, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
- Any warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of Comparison data. Prices change without notice, brands run promotions we have not yet re-read, and a figure correct this morning may be wrong this afternoon.
- Any warranty that the Service is suitable for legal, medical, financial, regulatory, professional, life-critical or safety-critical purposes.
- Any warranty concerning compatibility with your particular browser, device, operating system or assistive technology.
You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your sole risk, and that the price you actually pay is the one shown at the brand’s own checkout, not the one shown here.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any damage resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
- Any damage resulting from the conduct or content of any third party on or accessible through the Service.
- Any damage resulting from unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or Content.
- Any damage arising from errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the Comparison data.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any case, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), which the parties agree is a reasonable allocation of risk given that the Service is provided free of charge.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlusMedia360 SAS, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual right; or (d) any Content you submit through the Service. This obligation to indemnify will survive termination of these Terms.
13. Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources that are not owned or controlled by the Operator. We provide these links solely as a convenience to you. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or service.
Your interactions with any third-party website or service — including their terms, policies, and any purchase you make — are solely between you and that third party. We strongly recommend that you review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site before using it.
14. Advertising
The Service is funded by display advertising delivered through Google AdSense and may in the future include other ad networks or sponsored content. Advertisements shown on the Service are not endorsements of the advertised products or services by the Operator. Your interactions with any advertiser — including any purchase, registration, or download — are solely between you and that advertiser. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings.
15. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it — including any comparison category — with or without notice.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
17. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you reside in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
18. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt an amicable resolution of any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations, and warranties regarding the Service.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at wikiplus.co/terms/ and the date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the homepage or another reasonable means at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. How to contact us
